For me, eating healthy foods usually means eating simply. Baked chicken and broccoli. Grilled fish and asparagus. Brown rice, cooked oatmeal, or baked potato. Apples and almonds. Yogurt and berries. The food is simple, straight forward, and close to its natural state.
