Make Healthy, Homemade Salsa

Here’s a simple, healthy, and delicious salsa recipe you can make to serve with baked tortilla chips, put on salads, or top grilled chicken.

Homemade Salsa

2 ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 small sweet onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt

Clean and chop tomatoes, peppers, and onion. Put chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender until salsa reaches desired consistency. Refrigerate two hours before serving.
